Becoming a laminate-free solar factory

Laminate-free means modules are fully debondable at end-of-life, meaning all materials can be circulated at high value and low cost. However, in the factory it also enables post-lamination reworking. Because ReModule encapsulation saves space, energy, and materials we don't only enable sustainable solar, but also cost-effective solar. Production capacity and costs are significantly impacted by one of the primary obstacles to sustainable solar: the laminator. Success story: Biosphere & Kameleon Solar

Kameleon Solar is an innovative solar manufacturer from the Netherlands. Over the past two years, they have applied ReModule Technology in their existing production line under the "Circulaire Multicolour Gevel PV-fabriek" project, financed by the European Union and the Brabant Province.
